Melexis Technologies NV Triaxis® MLX90380LDC-BAC-545-RE is a Hall effect sensor designed for high-speed rotary position sensing applications. This device utilizes a proprietary Triaxis® technology to provide accurate absolute position feedback from an external magnetic field, which is not included with the component. It outputs both sine and cosine analog voltage signals, enabling precise angle measurement over a 0° to 360° continuous range. The sensor exhibits a linearity of ±1.5% and operates across an extended temperature range of -40°C to 150°C. Packaged in an 8-SOIC (0.154", 3.90mm Width) surface-mount (SMT) tab termination, the MLX90380LDC-BAC-545-RE is suitable for demanding environments commonly found in automotive, industrial automation, and consumer electronics sectors where reliable, non-contact angular position detection is critical. Supply voltage is specified from 4.5V to 5.5V.
