Melexis Technologies NV MLX90380LDC-BAB-403-TU is a second-generation Triaxis® Hall effect sensor designed for accurate rotary position measurement. This analog output device, packaged in an 8-SOIC (0.154" width) with gull wing termination, requires an external magnet actuator, not included. It provides sine and cosine analog voltage outputs with a linearity of ±1.5% across a full 0° to 360° rotation. The sensor operates from a supply voltage range of 1.135V to 3.6V and features a wide operating temperature range of -40°C to 150°C. Its surface mount design and robust construction make it suitable for demanding applications in the automotive, industrial, and consumer electronics sectors.
