Melexis Technologies NV MLX90380LDC-BAB-200-RE is a second-generation Triaxis® Hall effect sensor designed for precise rotary position measurement. This analog output device provides simultaneous sine and cosine signals, enabling high-resolution angle detection across a full 0° to 360° mechanical rotation. It features a linearity of ±1.5% and operates from a supply voltage range of 1.135V to 3.6V. The sensor requires an external magnetic actuator and is housed in an 8-SOIC package with gull-wing termination for surface mounting. Its robust operating temperature range of -40°C to 150°C makes it suitable for demanding applications in the automotive, industrial, and medical sectors. The MLX90380LDC-BAB-200-RE is supplied on tape and reel.
