Melexis Technologies NV MLX90380LDC-BAB-100-RE is a Triaxis® Hall effect sensor designed for 360-degree rotary position sensing. This linear Hall effect sensor requires an external magnet, which is not included, for operation. The MLX90380LDC-BAB-100-RE features an analog voltage output and operates across a wide temperature range of -40°C to 150°C. It is supplied in an 8-SOIC surface-mount package with gull-wing termination, suitable for automated assembly. The device is compatible with supply voltages from 4.5V to 5.5V.
