Melexis Technologies NV MLX90380LDC-BAA-105-SP is a Triaxis® Hall effect sensor designed for high-speed rotary position sensing. This device measures absolute angular position over a full 0° to 360° range, utilizing an external magnetic field. The MLX90380LDC-BAA-105-SP outputs both sine and cosine analog voltage signals, enabling precise angle calculation. Its advanced architecture provides excellent linearity of ±1.5% and operates within a wide temperature range of -40°C to 150°C. The sensor is available in an 8-SOIC (0.154", 3.90mm Width) surface-mount package with an SMT tab termination. It requires a supply voltage of 4.5V to 5.5V. This component is commonly employed in automotive applications such as steering angle sensing and powertrain control, as well as in industrial automation for motor control and robotics.
