The Melexis Technologies NV MLX90380 Triaxis® sensor is a second-generation Hall effect resolver designed for precise rotary position sensing. This analog output device, available in an 8-SOIC package with gull-wing termination, utilizes an external magnet (not included) to measure angles from 0° to 360°. It provides both sine and cosine output signals with a linearity of ±1.5%, operating within a wide temperature range of -40°C to 150°C and a supply voltage of 4.5V to 5.5V. The MLX90380 is suitable for applications in automotive, industrial automation, and robotics where accurate angle measurement is critical.
