Melexis Technologies NV MLX90374GVS-ABB-307-RX is a Triaxis® Hall effect sensor designed for high-precision linear and rotary position sensing. This AEC-Q100 qualified component operates from a 4.5V to 5.5V supply and offers a wide operating temperature range of -40°C to 160°C. Featuring an analog and PWM/SENT output signal, the MLX90374GVS-ABB-307-RX can measure position continuously over a 0° to 360° range with ±1° linearity. It is engineered to work with an external magnet actuator, not supplied. The sensor is packaged in a 4-DMP (4-SIP Module, Formed Leads) for through-hole mounting and is supplied on tape and reel. This device finds application in automotive systems requiring accurate position feedback, such as steering angle sensing and transmission control.
