The Melexis Technologies NV Triaxis® MLX90371GVS-BCC-350-RX is a highly accurate Hall effect sensor designed for both linear and rotary position measurement. This component utilizes a proprietary 3D Hall effect technology, enabling non-contact sensing of magnetic field components. It provides both analog voltage and Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) outputs, offering flexibility in system integration. The MLX90371GVS-BCC-350-RX supports a full 0° to 360° rotation angle and offers linearity of ±1°. Its robust design includes an operating temperature range of -40°C to 160°C and is supplied in a 4-DMP package on tape and reel. This sensor is suitable for applications in automotive, industrial automation, and consumer electronics where precise position feedback is critical. The device requires an external magnet, which is not included.
