Melexis Technologies NV MLX90367LDC-ABV-000-RE is a Triaxis® Hall effect sensor designed for 360-degree rotary position sensing. This surface-mount component utilizes a Hall effect technology to detect the magnetic field from an external magnet, which is not included. The sensor provides a SENT output signal and is packaged in an 8-SOIC (0.154", 3.90mm Width) with gull wing termination, suitable for tape and reel packaging. Operating across a wide temperature range of -40°C to 150°C, it requires a supply voltage of 4.5V to 5.5V.
