Melexis Technologies NV MLX90365KGO-ABD-000-RE is a Hall Effect sensor designed for non-contact angular position sensing. This automotive-grade component, part of the Triaxis® series, provides a continuous 360° rotation angle measurement capability. It utilizes an external magnet, not included, as the actuator, offering flexibility in system design. The sensor outputs an analog voltage proportional to the magnetic field strength and position. Manufactured with a Gull Wing termination style, it is supplied in a 16-TSSOP package suitable for surface mounting. The operating temperature range is -40°C to 125°C, and it requires a supply voltage of 4.5V to 5.5V. This device is qualified to AEC-Q100 and finds application in automotive systems and industrial automation requiring precise angular position feedback.
