Melexis Technologies NV MLX90365KDC-ACD-000-RE is a Triaxis® Hall effect sensor designed for precise linear and rotary position measurement. This 8-SOIC package component utilizes advanced Hall effect technology to detect the magnetic field strength and direction from an external magnet, enabling continuous 0° to 360° rotation sensing. The sensor offers both analog voltage and PWM output signals, with programmability for flexible integration. Linearity is specified at ±1°, and it operates across a wide temperature range of -40°C to 125°C, with a supply voltage requirement of 4.5V to 5.5V. The gull wing termination style facilitates surface mounting.
