Melexis Technologies NV MLX90365KDC-ABD-000-RE is a Triaxis® Hall effect sensor designed for 360-degree rotary position measurement. This AEC-Q100 qualified component utilizes a Hall effect technology and is packaged in an 8-SOIC (0.154", 3.90mm Width) with gull wing termination for surface mounting.
