The Melexis Technologies NV MLX90365KDC-ABB-000-RE is a Triaxis® Hall effect sensor designed for 360-degree rotary position sensing using an external magnetic field. This AEC-Q100 qualified component offers an analog voltage output and operates with a supply voltage range of 4.5V to 5.5V. Its surface mountable 8-SOIC package with gull wing termination facilitates integration into automated assembly processes. The sensor is suitable for automotive applications and provides continuous measurement across its full mechanical and electrical rotation angle. It is supplied on tape and reel for high-volume manufacturing.
