The Melexis Technologies NV MLX90365EGO-ABB-000-TU is a Triaxis® Series Hall Effect sensor designed for 360-degree rotary and linear position measurement. This automotive-grade component, qualified to AEC-Q100 standards, utilizes an external magnet (not included) as the actuator. It offers a continuous rotation angle of 0° to 360°. The sensor provides an analog voltage output and operates within a supply voltage range of 4.5V to 5.5V. Packaged in a 16-TSSOP (0.173", 4.40mm width) with gull wing termination for surface mounting, this device is suitable for demanding automotive applications such as steering angle sensing, throttle position sensing, and gearbox position sensing. The operating temperature range is -40°C to 85°C.
