The Melexis Technologies NV MLX90364LVS-AEE-208-RX is a Triaxis® automotive-grade Hall effect sensor designed for precise linear and rotary position measurement. Utilizing advanced proprietary technology, this component provides both analog voltage and PWM output signals, both of which are programmable for flexible system integration. The MLX90364LVS-AEE-208-RX is engineered to operate with an external magnetic field source, not included, and offers a linearity of ±1° across its 0° to 360° electrical and mechanical rotation range. This device is qualified to AEC-Q100 standards and operates reliably within a temperature range of -40°C to 150°C, making it suitable for demanding automotive applications such as throttle position sensing, steering angle detection, and transmission control. The 4-DMP package with formed leads is supplied on tape and reel.
