Melexis Technologies NV Triaxis® MLX90364LVS-AEE-203-RE is a Hall effect sensor designed for precise position sensing applications. This AEC-Q100 qualified component is engineered to measure linear and rotary positions using an external magnetic field, offering continuous angle measurement from 0° to 360°. The sensor provides both analog voltage and PWM output signals, both of which are programmable for flexibility in system integration. Constructed with through-hole mounting and PC pin termination, it is housed in a 4-DMP package. The device operates within a wide temperature range of -40°C to 150°C and requires a supply voltage between 4.5V and 5.5V.
