Melexis Technologies NV MLX90364LVS-AED-300-RE is a Triaxis® Hall Effect sensor designed for precise linear and rotary position measurement. This automotive-grade component, qualified to AEC-Q100 standards, utilizes a Hall effect technology and supports continuous 0° to 360° rotation. It offers both analog voltage and PWM output signals, with the output signal being programmable for flexible integration. The sensor requires an external magnet, which is not included. With a linearity of ±1°, it is suitable for demanding applications in the automotive industry, including advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS) and powertrain control. The 4-DMP package facilitates through-hole mounting with PC pin termination. It operates within a voltage supply range of 4.5V to 5.5V and an extended temperature range of -40°C to 150°C. This device is supplied in tape and reel packaging.
