Melexis Technologies NV MLX90364LVS-AED-253-RE is a Triaxis® Hall effect sensor designed for high-precision angular and linear position sensing. This AEC-Q100 qualified component utilizes a single external magnet to measure both rotary (0-360°, continuous) and linear displacement with a linearity of ±1°. The output signals are available in programmable analog voltage and PWM formats, offering flexibility for various control systems. Operating over a wide temperature range of -40°C to 150°C, it is suitable for demanding automotive applications, including powertrain, chassis control, and body electronics. The 4-DMP package with formed leads and PC pin termination facilitates through-hole mounting. This device is supplied in Tape & Reel packaging.
