Melexis Technologies NV MLX90364LVS-AED-250-RE is a Triaxis® Hall effect sensor designed for linear and rotary position measurement. This Automotive Grade AEC-Q100 qualified component utilizes an external magnetic field, not included, for operation. It offers both Analog Voltage and PWM output signals that are programmable, providing flexibility in system integration. The sensor features a linearity of ±1° and supports continuous rotation from 0° to 360°. Operating within a temperature range of -40°C to 150°C, it requires a supply voltage between 4.5V and 5.5V. The MLX90364LVS-AED-250-RE is packaged in a 4-DMP module with PC Pin termination for through-hole mounting. This device is commonly employed in automotive applications such as steering column sensing and pedal position monitoring, as well as in industrial automation for robust position feedback. It is supplied on tape and reel.
