Melexis Technologies NV MLX90364LVS-AED-208-RE is a Triaxis® Hall effect sensor designed for precise linear and rotary position measurement. This component features an analog voltage and PWM output signal, offering flexibility for various control systems. With a linearity of ±1°, it accurately captures both continuous rotation from 0° to 360° and linear displacement. The device requires an external magnet, which is not included. Qualifying for AEC-Q100, it is engineered for demanding automotive applications. The sensor operates within a wide temperature range of -40°C to 150°C and a supply voltage of 4.5V to 5.5V. Its 4-DMP package with PC pin termination is supplied on tape and reel (TR). This sensor is ideal for applications such as automotive steering systems, throttle position sensing, and industrial automation.
