Melexis Technologies NV MLX90364LVS-AED-200-RX is a Triaxis® Hall effect sensor designed for precise linear and rotary position measurement. This AEC-Q100 qualified component utilizes an external magnet actuator and offers a continuous rotation angle capability from 0° to 360°. The sensor provides both analog voltage and PWM outputs, with a programmed output signal for flexibility. Linearity is specified at ±1°.
The MLX90364LVS-AED-200-RX operates within a voltage supply range of 4.5V to 5.5V and functions across an extended temperature range of -40°C to 150°C. Its 4-DMP (4-Pin Module) package with PC pin termination is suitable for through-hole mounting. This component finds application in automotive systems requiring accurate position sensing, such as throttle control, steering angle detection, and transmission position sensing.
