Melexis Technologies NV MLX90364LVS-ADD-258-RE is a Triaxis® Hall effect sensor designed for linear and rotary position sensing applications. This AEC-Q100 qualified component offers a linearity of ±1° and supports a full 0° to 360° continuous rotation angle. The output can be configured as either an analog voltage or a PWM signal, providing flexibility for various system integrations. Operating from a 4.5V to 5.5V supply voltage, it features a wide operating temperature range of -40°C to 150°C. The MLX90364LVS-ADD-258-RE requires an external magnet actuator, which is not included. Its 4-SIP module package with formed leads and PC pin termination is supplied on tape and reel. This device is utilized in automotive applications, including steering wheel position sensing and accelerator pedal position monitoring.
