Melexis Technologies NV MLX90364LVS-ADD-208-RE is a Triaxis® Hall effect sensor for highly accurate linear and rotary position measurement. This AEC-Q100 qualified component is designed to operate with an external magnet, not included, enabling versatile system integration. It provides both analog voltage and PWM output signals, both of which are programmable for flexible interface requirements. The device boasts a linearity of ±1° across a continuous 0° to 360° rotation angle. Operating within a wide temperature range of -40°C to 150°C and requiring a supply voltage of 4.5V to 5.5V, it is suitable for demanding automotive applications. The MLX90364LVS-ADD-208-RE is supplied in a 4-DMP package, delivered on tape and reel, and features PC pin termination.
