The Melexis Technologies NV MLX90364LVS-ADD-201-RX is a Triaxis® Series Hall effect sensor IC designed for high-precision linear and rotary position sensing. This Automotive Grade component, qualified to AEC-Q100 standards, utilizes a Hall effect technology with an external magnet actuator, not included. It provides continuous rotation angle measurement from 0° to 360° with a linearity of ±2.5°. The device offers both analog and PWM output signals, making it suitable for applications requiring flexible signal interfacing. Packaged in a 4-DMP (4-SIP Module, Formed Leads) format with PC pin termination, it supports through-hole mounting. Typical applications include automotive systems for throttle position sensing, pedal position sensing, and other position feedback mechanisms. The operating temperature range is -40°C to 150°C, and it operates with a supply voltage of 4.5V to 5.5V.
