Melexis Technologies NV MLX90364LVS-ADB-200-TU is a Triaxis® series Hall effect sensor designed for precise 360° rotary position measurement. This component utilizes a Hall effect technology to detect the magnetic field of an external magnet, which is not included with the device. It offers continuous rotation sensing with an electrical and mechanical rotation angle range of 0° to 360°. The MLX90364LVS-ADB-200-TU provides both analog and PWM output signals, with linearity specified at ±2.5°.
Engineered for demanding applications, this device is qualified to AEC-Q100 and operates within a temperature range of -40°C to 150°C. Its voltage supply requirement is between 4.5V and 5.5V. The sensor is packaged in a 4-DMP (Dual in-line Molded Package) with PC pin termination for through-hole mounting. The Triaxis® series is commonly found in automotive applications, including various position sensing requirements in powertrain, chassis, and body electronics.
