Melexis Technologies NV MLX90316KGO-BCG-300-RE is a Triaxis® Series Hall effect rotary position sensor. This surface mount device, packaged in a 16-TSSOP (0.173", 4.40mm Width) with gull wing termination, is designed for 360-degree continuous angular measurement. It requires an external magnet actuator, which is not included. The sensor offers excellent linearity of ±1° and operates over a wide temperature range of -40°C to 125°C. Its output signal is provided via PWM. This component is widely utilized in automotive applications, industrial automation, and consumer electronics for precise angle sensing. It is supplied on tape and reel.
