Melexis Technologies NV MLX90615SSG-DAA-000-SP is a digital infrared temperature sensor with a TO-46-4 metal can package. This AEC-Q100 qualified component offers a sensing temperature range of -40°C to 115°C for infrared (IR) measurements and -40°C to 85°C for local sensing. It features programmable resolution up to 15 bits and a sleep mode for power efficiency. The device operates within a supply voltage of 2.6V to 3.4V and provides output via PWM or SMBus interfaces. Accuracy is specified as ±0.5°C under typical conditions (0°C to 60°C) and ±3°C over an extended range (-20°C to 85°C). Mounting is through-hole. This sensor is suitable for automotive applications.
