The Littelfuse Inc. Q8006VH4 is an Alternistor TRIAC designed for high-reliability switching applications. This snubberless device offers a repetitive peak off-state voltage (VDRM) of 800V and a continuous on-state current (IT(RMS)) of 6A. The Q8006VH4 features a controlled turn-on characteristic with a maximum gate trigger current (IGT) of 35mA and a maximum gate trigger voltage (VGT) of 1.3V. Its holding current (IH) is also rated at a maximum of 35mA. The component exhibits a non-repetitive surge current (ITSM) capability of 55A at 50Hz and 65A at 60Hz.
