Littelfuse Inc. TRIAC Alternistor, Q6012LH2, is a single-phase, snubberless TRIAC designed for high-power AC control applications. This through-hole component features a 600V off-state voltage and a 12A RMS on-state current rating. The TO-220 Isolated Tab package offers robust thermal management. With a maximum gate trigger current (Igt) of 10mA and a maximum gate trigger voltage (Vgt) of 1.3V, it facilitates efficient triggering. The holding current (Ih) is rated at a maximum of 15mA. Its non-repetitive surge current handling is 110A and 120A at 50Hz and 60Hz respectively. Operating across a temperature range of -40°C to 125°C (TJ), this TRIAC is suitable for industrial automation, power control, and lighting control systems.
