Littelfuse Inc. Q4025R6 is a single, snubberless Alternistor TRIAC designed for AC power control applications. This through-hole component features a 400V off-state voltage rating and a maximum RMS on-state current of 25A. With a peak non-repetitive surge current of 208A at 50Hz and 250A at 60Hz, it offers robust performance for demanding environments. The Q4025R6 has a maximum gate trigger current (Igt) of 80mA and a maximum gate trigger voltage (Vgt) of 1.3V. Its hold current (Ih) is a maximum of 100mA. Housed in a TO-220-3 package with a non-isolated tab, this device operates across a temperature range of -40°C to 125°C (TJ).
