Littelfuse Inc. Q4025J681 is a snubberless Alternistor TRIAC designed for high-power AC switching applications. This single-phase device features a 400V off-state voltage and a continuous on-state current rating of 25A RMS. The Q4025J681 is housed in a TO-218X isolated tab package, facilitating efficient heat dissipation in through-hole mounting configurations. It is specified with a maximum gate trigger current (Igt) of 80mA and a maximum gate trigger voltage (Vgt) of 1.3V, ensuring reliable triggering characteristics.
