Littelfuse Inc. Q4012LH2 is an Alternistor TRIAC designed for high-reliability AC power control applications. This snubberless TRIAC offers a repetitive peak off-state voltage (VDRM) of 400V and a continuous on-state RMS current capability of 12A. The Q4012LH2 features a low gate trigger current (IGT) of 10mA maximum and a gate trigger voltage (VGT) of 1.3V maximum, facilitating control with low-power logic devices. Its robust design includes a non-repetitive surge current rating of 110A/120A at 50Hz/60Hz. The device is housed in an isolated tab TO-220 package, suitable for through-hole mounting and efficient thermal management. Operating temperature range is -40°C to 125°C (TJ).
