Littelfuse Inc. L4004V6 TRIAC. This single-phase, sensitive gate TRIAC features a 400V off-state voltage and a 4A RMS on-state current. Designed for logic-level triggering, it requires a maximum gate current of 5mA and a maximum gate voltage of 1.3V. The holding current is rated at a maximum of 10mA. Non-repetitive surge current capabilities are 33A and 40A at 50Hz and 60Hz respectively. The TO-251 (V-Pak/I-Pak) package with short leads is suitable for through-hole mounting. Operating temperature range is -40°C to 110°C (TJ). Applications include motor control, lighting control, and power switching in industrial and consumer electronics.
