Littelfuse Inc. SK225RDTP is a standard recovery SCR with a repetitive peak off-state voltage (VDRM) of 1.2 kV and an average on-state current (IT(AV)) of 16 A. This through-hole component features an on-state current (IT(RMS)) of 25 A and a non-repetitive surge current (ITSM) of 300 A at 50 Hz. The gate trigger current (IGT) is a maximum of 40 mA with a gate trigger voltage (VGT) of 1.5 V. The off-state current (IDRM) is 10 µA maximum.
