The Littelfuse Inc. SK225LDTP is a standard recovery SCR with a repetitive peak off-state voltage (VDRM) of 1.2 kV. This through-hole component features an RMS on-state current (IT(RMS)) rating of 25 A and an average on-state current (IT(AV)) rating of 16 A.
