Littelfuse Inc. S8010R is an 800V, 10A standard recovery silicon controlled rectifier. This through-hole component, packaged in a TO-220 non-isolated tab configuration, offers an RMS on-state current of 10A and an average on-state current of 6.4A. It features a maximum off-state current of 10µA and a non-repetitive surge current capability of 83A at 50Hz and 100A at 60Hz. The gate trigger current (Igt) is a maximum of 15mA with a gate trigger voltage (Vgt) of 1.5V. The on-state voltage (Vtm) is rated at 1.6V maximum.
