Littelfuse Inc. S6010L is a standard recovery SCR with a 600V blocking voltage and a 10A RMS on-state current rating. This through-hole component, housed in a TO-220 isolated tab package, features a maximum gate trigger current of 15mA and a holding current of 30mA. The non-repetitive surge current capability is 83A at 60Hz, and 100A at 50Hz. The off-state leakage current is a maximum of 10µA, while the on-state voltage drop (Vtm) is rated at 1.6V maximum. Operating temperature range is -40°C to 125°C. This device is suitable for applications in industrial control, power switching, and general purpose AC power control.
