Littelfuse Inc. S4012V is a standard recovery SCR with a repetitive peak off-state voltage of 400V. This through-hole component, packaged in a TO-251AA, offers a continuous on-state current of 7.6A (average) and 12A (RMS). Featuring a gate trigger current (Igt) of 20mA maximum and a gate trigger voltage (Vgt) of 1.5V maximum, it also exhibits a hold current (Ih) of 40mA maximum and a low off-state current of 10µA maximum.
