Littelfuse Inc. SCR S400RS265 is a sensitive gate Silicon Controlled Rectifier designed for high-reliability applications. This through-hole component features a 400V repetitive peak off-state voltage (VDRM) and a 6A RMS on-state current (IT(AV)). The sensitive gate characteristic is highlighted by a maximum gate trigger current (IGT) of 200 µA and a gate trigger voltage (VGT) of 800 mV. It offers a non-repetitive surge current (ITSM) of 83A at 50Hz and 100A at 60Hz, with a minimal off-state leakage current of 5 µA. The on-state voltage drop (VTM) is a maximum of 1.6V. Packaged in a TO-220 non-isolated tab configuration, this device operates across an industrial temperature range of -40°C to 110°C.
