Littelfuse Inc. S2055WTP is a standard recovery SCR with a 200V repetitive peak off-state voltage (VDRM) and a 55A RMS on-state current (IT(AV)). This through-hole component, packaged in a TO-218X, features a 35A average on-state current and 550A/650A non-repetitive surge current capability. The gate trigger current (IGT) is 40mA maximum with a maximum gate trigger voltage (VGT) of 1.5V. It maintains a hold current (IH) of 60mA maximum and an off-state current (IDRM) of 10µA maximum. The on-state voltage drop (VTM) is 1.8V maximum. Operating across a temperature range of -40°C to 125°C, the S2055WTP is suitable for power control applications in industrial and automotive sectors.
