Littelfuse Inc. S2010VTP is a standard recovery Silicon Controlled Rectifier (SCR) designed for high-current switching applications. This component features a 200V off-state voltage and a 10A RMS on-state current rating (6.4A average). The S2010VTP offers a peak surge current capability of 83A at 50Hz and 100A at 60Hz, ensuring robust performance under transient conditions.
