Littelfuse Inc. S2010LS3 is a sensitive gate Silicon Controlled Rectifier (SCR) designed for high-reliability applications. This through-hole component, packaged in a TO-220 isolated tab, offers a repetitive peak off-state voltage (VDRM) of 200V and a continuous on-state current (IT(AV)) of 6.4A, with an RMS on-state current (IT(RMS)) rating of 10A. Its low gate trigger current (IGT) of 500 µA makes it suitable for triggering with low-power control circuits. The SCR exhibits a holding current (IH) of 8 mA and a peak non-repetitive surge current (ITSM) of 83A at 60Hz.
