Littelfuse Inc. S2010LS2 is a sensitive gate Silicon Controlled Rectifier (SCR) designed for high-reliability applications. This through-hole component, housed in a TO-220 Isolated Tab package, offers a repetitive peak off-state voltage (VDRM) of 200V and an average on-state current (IT(AV)) of 6.4A, with a nominal RMS on-state current (IT(RMS)) of 10A. Its low gate trigger current (IGT) requirement of 200 µA at a maximum gate trigger voltage (VGT) of 800 mV facilitates triggering from low-power control circuits. The SCR exhibits a holding current (IH) of 6 mA and a peak non-repetitive surge current (ITSM) capability of 83A at 50Hz and 100A at 60Hz. Key parameters include a maximum off-state current (IDRM) of 5 µA and a maximum on-state voltage drop (VTM) of 1.6V. Operating temperature range is -40°C to 110°C. This device is suitable for use in power control, motor control, and lighting applications.
