Littelfuse Inc. S2010L is a standard recovery SCR with a 200V repetitive peak off-state voltage (VDRM) and a 10A RMS on-state current (IT(AV)). This through-hole device features a TO-220 Isolated Tab package. Key parameters include a maximum gate trigger current (IGT) of 15 mA and a maximum on-state voltage (VTM) of 1.6V. The non-repetitive surge current (ITSM) is rated at 83A at 50Hz and 100A at 60Hz. Its operating temperature range is -40°C to 125°C.
