Littelfuse Inc. S2010FS21 is a sensitive gate Silicon Controlled Rectifier (SCR) designed for high-reliability power control applications. This through-hole component, housed in a TO-202 package with a short tab, offers a repetitive peak off-state voltage of 200V and an average on-state current of 6.4A (RMS rating of 10A). Its low gate trigger current requirement of 200 µA facilitates activation by low-power control signals. The SCR exhibits a hold current of 6 mA and a blocking state current of 5 µA at 200V. It is rated for a non-repetitive surge current of 83A at 50Hz or 100A at 60Hz. Operating across a temperature range of -40°C to 110°C, this device is suitable for use in industrial motor controls, power supplies, and lighting control systems.
