IXYS DT-Triac™ CMA60MT1600NHR is a standard TRIAC with a maximum repetitive peak off-state voltage of 1.6 kV. This through-hole component, housed in an ISO247 package, offers a continuous on-state RMS current of 66 A. The CMA60MT1600NHR features a peak non-repetitive surge current capability of 260 A at 50 Hz and 280 A at 60 Hz. Gate trigger characteristics include a maximum of 1.3 V for Vgt and 80 mA for Igt. The holding current (Ih) is specified at a maximum of 60 mA. Operating temperature ranges from -55°C to 150°C.
