The IXYS IXYX450HV is a high-voltage, high-performance XPT™ series Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor (IGBT) designed for demanding power applications. This component features a robust 4500V collector-emitter breakdown voltage and a continuous collector current rating of 95A, with a pulsed capability of 350A. The TO-247PLUS-HV package facilitates efficient heat dissipation for its 660W maximum power rating, making it suitable for operation within a -55°C to 150°C temperature range.
