The IXYS IXYH30N450HV is a high-voltage, high-performance PT IGBT from the XPT™ series. This through-hole component, packaged in a TO-247HV, offers a robust 4500V collector-emitter breakdown voltage and a continuous collector current rating of 60A, with a pulsed capability of up to 200A.
