The IXYS IXGT32N60C is a HiPerFAST™, Lightspeed™ series IGBT designed for high-efficiency power switching applications. This TO-268AA packaged device offers a 600V collector-emitter breakdown voltage and a continuous collector current capability of up to 60A (120A pulsed). With a maximum power dissipation of 200W and a low Vce(on) of 2.5V at 15V/32A, it ensures minimal conduction losses. The device features a gate charge of 110 nC and switching times of 25ns turn-on and 85ns turn-off at 25°C, with switching energy of 320µJ (off) under test conditions of 480V, 32A, 4.7 Ohms, and 15V. Its surface mount TO-268-3, D3PAK package is suitable for demanding thermal management. This component finds application in industrial power supplies, motor control, and other high-power conversion systems.
