The IXYS IXGP48N60B3 is a GenX3™ series Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor (IGBT) designed for mid-frequency applications. This TO-220-3 packaged device offers a collector-emitter breakdown voltage of 600 V and a continuous collector current capability of 48 A, with a pulsed capability of 280 A.
